Acquisition of EG Royalties Limited
In October 2007 First Oil purchased a portfolio of royalties through the acquisition of EG Royalties Limited. The royalties are over highly prospective acreage with firm wells committed in UKCS Quads 12 and 15 and they provide attractive exposure to exploration upside. (October 2007) |
